Adam Menhennett
Adam is a leading personal trainer and NASM Educator. Having worked in the fitness industry for the past decade, Adam brings a multi-disciplinary approach to his training, incorporating Pilates, stability ball, myofascial release and a variety of sports-specific modalities. Adam lectures in the NASM and the Australian Graduate School of Health and Sport Science programmes. His commitment and passion for the industry has earned him a reputation as one of the most thorough trainers in Hong Kong.
Alex Hose
Alex has been working in the fitness industry for the past 5 years as a personal trainer and incorporates a scientific approach in designing specific tailor made programmes for clients. His training focus is multi-dimensional with an emphasis on functionally based exercises. His background in Western and Thai boxing, Integrated BOSU training and stability ball adds an unique blend in his programming repertoire.
Andrew Cox
Andrew is a Master trainer and lecturer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Power Plate. He is a Level two Kettlebell instructor and has many other certifications including yoga, TRX and aquatics. He is a regular contributor to publications in the Asia Pacific region in the field of fitness and well being. Fascinated by beautiful movement, Andrew draws on his experience as a sportsman and martial artist and combines that with his enthusiasm for the industry and the latest from the human movement sciences to deliver informative and entertaining workshops, group and one on one sessions.
Chris Marshall
Chris holds a degree in Sports Science from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and is a NCSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a former coach of the Hong Kong National and Junior Cricket teams and is currently working with athletes in a variety of sports. All Chris' clients benefit from his 10 years experience in the fitness industry along with the continuing education he regularly participates in. Chris is a NASM Corrective Specialist along with a IKFF Level 2 Kettlebell and Level 1 Power Plate instructor.
Fanny Wong
Fanny started her fitness training career as a Personal Trainer 8 years ago and has been specializing in Pilates for the past 5 years. She is a BASI and STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor with AASFP Fit Ball Training. Her Pilates classes focus on core structure and strength as well as correcting and maintaining good posture. She also has formal training in Pilates for pregnant women. Fannys past experience as a personal trainer has taught her to access and adapt classes to individual needs.
Heidi Reyes
Heidi is a registered Physiotherapist from Canada, specializing in sports and orthopedic injuries. She has been a Personal Trainer for over a decade, and certified Pilates Instructor through Polestar Pilates. Heidi also holds certifications and has completed coursework in Power Plate, pre/post-natal exercise, TRX, stability ball, foam roller, BOSU, triathlon/marathon training, and FitforeGolf (a golf-specific rehabilitation/conditioning certification). Heidi is passionate about fitness/wellness, and uses comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment, effective training techniques, and lifestyle coaching to help her clients achieve their fitness goals.
Muk Venkataraman
Muk is a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer with 20 years of Martial Arts Experience and holds 2 Black Belts in different disciplines. He also is a Certified Power Plate Instructor, Level I & II Kettle Bell Instructor, Certified Level I Muay Thai Instructor and also fulfilled the Pre-Natal Training Strategies Course through the NASM. He spent 4 years in University running Track and Field as a 100m and 200m Sprinter. His wide range of specializations and experience makes Muk one of the most thorough and versatile trainers in Hong Kong.
Peter McKee
With a Bachelor of Science in Sports Development and 3 years as a professional rugby player in the UK and Ireland, Peter brings a positive energy and a strong knowledge of human movement and sport conditioning to his training. His passion in health and fitness comes from his strong sporting background. Peter brings a fun youthfulness to all his sessions with a focus on sport and life specific stabilization, strength and power training. Peter works with a variety of clients, from elite level athletes to post natal mums, in one-on-one training environments to group classes in Power Plate, TRX, GRAVITY and sport specific training.
Rachael Lau
Rachael is very passionate about helping others improve performance and feel better about themselves and their lifestyle through her integrated approach as a CHEK Practitioner Level I and Holistic Lifestyle Coach I. She believes in treating the etiology of the problem through considering all aspects of the body – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Having represented Hong Kong in Field Hockey and had experience playing in the UK and New Zealand Rachael likes to apply the same preparation, energy, fun and focus to help achieving her clients goals as she does when training herself for competitions. Rachael works with a variety of fitness tools and modalities including Power Plate, TRX, Gravity and Kettlebells.
Ross Eathorne
To inspire and guide people to their fitness and wellness potential so they look, feel, and perform better. My extensive and intensive sports experience has given me huge working knowledge of a wide spectrum of fitness applications to help you get results. Ross is a Level III C.H.E.K. Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Coach II and a Golf Biomechanic. The C.H.E.K method involves a comprehensive review of your physical-mental-emotional and spiritual self through posture, flexibility and stability assessment, health and lifestyle appraisal, diet and then converts into an exercise and lifestyle action plan to achieve your goals. Ross is TRX Master Trainer for Group and Fitness certification courses in Asia.
Sonoko Hara
Sonoko trained as professional dancer at the Central School of Ballet in London where she first began Pilates in 1992. Her interest in Pilates grew over the years as she saw and personally experienced the physical and therapeutic benefits dancers derived from it. This led to her studying Pilates and completing her comprehensive certification in Hong Kong through BASI?in 2003. She has been a BASI faculty member since 2006 and taught teachers?training courses in Japan and China. She is also a NASM certified trainer. Sonoko is a very patient and inspiring instructor and can conduct sessions in English or Japanese.
