Adam Menhennett
Adam is a leading personal trainer and NASM Educator. Having worked in the fitness industry for the past decade, Adam brings a multi-disciplinary approach to his training, incorporating Pilates, stability ball, myofascial release and a variety of sports-specific modalities. Adam lectures in the NASM and the Australian Graduate School of Health and Sport Science programmes. His commitment and passion for the industry has earned him a reputation as one of the most thorough trainers in Hong Kong.
Andrew Cox
Andrew is a Master trainer and lecturer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Power Plate. He is a Level two Kettlebell instructor and has many other certifications including yoga, TRX and aquatics. He is a regular contributor to publications in the Asia Pacific region in the field of fitness and well being. Fascinated by beautiful movement, Andrew draws on his experience as a sportsman and martial artist and combines that with his enthusiasm for the industry and the latest from the human movement sciences to deliver informative and entertaining workshops, group and one on one sessions.
Becky Underwood
Becky has an extensive sporting background in Soccer and Rugby. She currently plays rugby for the Hong Kong Women’s National Team. She has a passion for sports, fitness and competition. She holds certifications threw the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Poliquin International and a Master Trainer with TWIST Conditioning. She is a level 3 National Coach for the Poliquin Institue as well as a BioSignature Practioner. Becky works with all sorts of clients from rugby players, distance runners to working professionals. If you have goals, keep working hard to get there and it should be fun along the way.
Chung Yan Ni, Kinnie
I have completed my Bachelor Degree of Human Movement in Melbourne in 2003. I am a certified Health and Fitness Specialist (American College of Sports Medicine) , Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Certified TRX, Power Plate, Kettlebell, Pilate Mat and Reformer instructor and certified Body Jam Instructor (Les Mills Body Work System). My training focus is on weight reduction, body shaping, posture improvement, special populations exercise programs design for the elderly, obesity health back and post natal. I have been appointed as the Hong Kong Physical Fitness Association Lecturer since 2009. I am bilingual in Cantonese and English.
Estelle Bertin
French coach, Estelle is highly qualified and focuses on her passion for getting fit and well. Backed with a decade-long experience as a participant in the French National Championships in Gymnastics Estelle is a certified NASM International Personal Trainer and then obtained her pre-natal certification. Estelle helps a lot to recover the perfect posture and fitness via a wellness approach integrating flexibility balance core strength Pilates and cardio including various ways of training via TRX, stability ball, myofascial release and several other systems. Estelle takes training very seriously and considers sports as a vital social, medical, and cultural life element as well as a playful and relaxing pursuit.
Fanny Wong
Fanny started her fitness training career as a Personal Trainer 8 years ago and has been specializing in Pilates for the past 5 years. She is a BASI and STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor with AASFP Fit Ball Training. Her Pilates classes focus on core structure and strength as well as correcting and maintaining good posture. She also has formal training in Pilates for pregnant women. Fannys past experience as a personal trainer has taught her to access and adapt classes to individual needs.
Lisa Jones
Lisa's fitness career started in 2001 as a Group Exercise Instructor. Since then she has studied Polestar Pilates, Gyrotonic, NASM (CPT and CES), TRX, GRAVITY and the Power Plate as well as other methods of movement. Her belief is that the body wants and needs movement to stay healthy physically and energetically. Movement comes in all different ways and it is all beneficial if performed with good integrity, alignment and awareness. Sessions are planned for each individual client and can be based around various methods and using different tools, all depending on the individual's needs and goals. Her goal is to make each session a new experience with as much fun as possible!
Peter McKee
With a Bachelor of Science in Sports Development and 3 years as a professional rugby player in the UK and Ireland, Peter brings a positive energy and a strong knowledge of human movement and sport conditioning to his training. His passion in health and fitness comes from his strong sporting background. Peter brings a fun youthfulness to all his sessions with a focus on sport and life specific stabilization, strength and power training. Peter works with a variety of clients, from elite level athletes to post natal mums, in one-on-one training environments to group classes in Power Plate, TRX, GRAVITY and sport specific training.
Rachael Lau
Rachael is very passionate about helping others improve performance and feel better about themselves and their lifestyle through her integrated approach as a CHEK Practitioner Level I and Holistic Lifestyle Coach I. She believes in treating the etiology of the problem through considering all aspects of the body – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Having represented Hong Kong in Field Hockey and had experience playing in the UK and New Zealand Rachael likes to apply the same preparation, energy, fun and focus to help achieving her clients goals as she does when training herself for competitions. Rachael works with a variety of fitness tools and modalities including Power Plate, TRX, Gravity and Kettlebells.
Ross Eathorne

My extensive and intensive sports experience has given me huge working knowledge of a wide spectrum of fitness applications to help you get results. Ross is a Level III C.H.E.K. Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Coach II and a Golf Biomechanic. The C.H.E.K method involves a comprehensive review of your physical-mental-emotional and spiritual self through posture, flexibility and stability assessment, health and lifestyle appraisal, diet and then converts into an exercise and lifestyle action plan to achieve your goals. Ross is TRX Master Trainer for Group and Fitness certification courses in Asia.
