Andrew Cox
Andrew is a Master trainer and lecturer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Power Plate. He is a Level two Kettlebell instructor and has many other certifications including yoga, TRX and aquatics. He is a regular contributor to publications in the Asia Pacific region in the field of fitness and well being.
Fascinated by beautiful movement, Andrew draws on his experience as a sportsman and martial artist and combines that with his enthusiasm for the industry and the latest from the human movement sciences to deliver informative and entertaining workshops, group and one on one sessions.
Fanny Wong
Fanny started her fitness training career as a Personal Trainer 8 years ago and has been specializing in Pilates for the past 5 years. She is a BASI and STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor with AASFP Fit Ball Training. Her Pilates classes focus on core structure and strength as well as correcting and maintaining good posture.
She also has formal training in Pilates for pregnant women. Fannys past experience as a personal trainer has taught her to access and adapt classes to individual needs.
Heidi Reyes
Heidi is a registered Physiotherapist from Canada, specializing in sports and orthopedic injuries. She has been a Personal Trainer for over a decade, and certified Pilates Instructor through Polestar Pilates. Heidi also holds certifications and has completed coursework in Power Plate, pre/post-natal exercise, TRX, stability ball, foam roller, BOSU, triathlon/marathon training, and FitforeGolf (a golf-specific rehabilitation/conditioning certification).
Heidi is passionate about fitness/wellness, and uses comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment, effective training techniques, and lifestyle coaching to help her clients achieve their fitness goals.
Peter McKee
With a Bachelor of Science in Sports Development and 3 years as a professional rugby player in the UK and Ireland, Peter brings a positive energy and a strong knowledge of human movement and sport conditioning to his training. His passion in health and fitness comes from his strong sporting background. Peter brings a fun youthfulness to all his sessions with a focus on sport and life specific stabilization, strength and power training.
Peter works with a variety of clients, from elite level athletes to post natal mums, in one-on-one training environments to group classes in Power Plate, TRX, GRAVITY and sport specific training.
Sally Adair
A former professional dancer, Sally arrived in Hong Kong in 1997 from Paris where she was dancing at the Lido and the Paradis Latin. She began her career in the fitness industry in Hong Kong in 1999 teaching aerobics and operating as a freelance personal trainer. Sally certified in the Body Arts and Science (BASI) method in 2001. Sally also works out of a teaching studio in Central and is undergoing training in the Gyrotonic Expansion System method.
Sonoko Hara
Sonoko trained as professional dancer at the Central School of Ballet in London where she first began Pilates in 1992. Her interest in Pilates grew over the years as she saw and personally experienced the physical and therapeutic benefits dancers derived from it. This led to her studying Pilates and completing her comprehensive certification in Hong Kong through BASI?in 2003. She has been a BASI faculty member since 2006 and taught teachers?training courses in Japan and China. She is also a NASM certified trainer. Sonoko is a very patient and inspiring instructor and can conduct sessions in English or Japanese.
